Booking an appointment in advance requires by online only.


Cancellation Policy

We have 48 hours cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do it through your confirmation emails. No-shows and last-minute cancellations affect and inconvenience other clients. If there are 3 no-shows or last-minute cancellations within a relatively short span of time, we reserve the right to decline further appointment requests. We ask for your cooperation in helping to keep appointments running smoothly.







If you are late for your appointment

In order to avoid inconveniencing the client after you, your allotted time slot will end at the appointed time. This means that if you are late for your appointment, we may not be able to carry out the service you chose from the menu. To avoid this, please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment.






Removal and repair  ( for Nail Service )

If you need gel nail removal and/or repairs, please let us know at the time you make your appointment. We cannot guarantee the accommodation of additional menu items after you arrive at the salon. 






Free repair guarantee period  ( for Nail Service )

Repairs will be carried out at no charge if you return within 7 days (counting the day service was rendered as Day 1). Please ensure you contact us within this time frame for any repairs. Any repairs requested after the guarantee period will be subject to regular fees.




Payment options

We accept cash, personal checks and credit cards. (However, we require a minimum fee of $50 for credit card payments.)
